SAFETY HAZARD REPORTING
All employees must be alert to hazards in the work-place and must take appropriate action.
Hazards, which pose an imminent threat to employees, shall be reported immediately to the
employee’s supervisor using the established notification procedures. All potential or actual
safety hazards in the work area will be identified. Safety hazards, which cannot be resolved by
the employee’s supervisor, shall be reported to the Safety Committee who shall be responsible
for finding a means to eliminate the safety hazard.
